HTC EVO 3D
HTC’s latest 3D phone the Evo 3D is giving a competition to LG’s Optimus 3D- both are the only two 3D- ready handset available in the market today. But while the Optimus feels big in your palm, the EVO 3D is a better fit. This phone has screen of 4.3-inch and a higher resolution of more than 540x960 which makes visuals appear sharper and clear. It has a Qualcomm’s dual-core processor running at 1.2Ghz and has also the latest version of the Android operating system ( v2.3.4).
As far as its 3D supports technology is concerned, we found Evo better than any other. If you take the picture in 3D you got an option of converting it into 2D. In terms of specs, the Evo 3D is a quad-band phone with full 3G connectivity. Other than Wi-Fi there’s also Bluetooth 3.0. This phone is configured with a bigger battery-1,730mAh, with this phone we are sure of continuous video playback of 5:40 hours.
Apart from its charming features there are some faults also which worrying part of it that it do not have much internal memory to store. The built in 1GB can’t be configured as ‘Mass Storage” when you connect it to the computer, for that you need a micro SD card to load photos or videos on it. If you are shooting in 3D, the 5 megapixels camera will only let to take photos on 2 megapixels which is low.
The image quality is not that so impressive in 3D and video recording is also not so impressive in 3D because you are locked down to 780p(1280x720) both modes.
